Naughty Bear review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Naughty Bear from Artificial Mind and Movement and 505 Games for the Xbox 360. A hilarious combination of stealth game and teddy bear simulation, Naughty Bear is like the stuffed animal Manhunt hugs at bedtime. You play as Naughty Bear, a devious teddy who is really excited about his friend Daddles' birthday party. He's even made a present for the birthday bear, but he soon finds out he wasn't invited. To get his retribution, Naughty sets out to kill them all. You want to be as creative as possible while doing so. You can get a lot more points if you mess with your victims first, rather than just killing them in the most grizzly ways imaginable. This video review features video gameplay footage of Naughty Bear for the Xbox 360 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.

It's a game where you have a degree of freedom and go around killing random people.
But yeah, it's not a GTA parody. Anybody that thinks GTA games are like this should give the series a try instead of just believing everything they hear on tv or through word of mouth.

Sequel is on PSN/XBLA for I think $15. Guess they learned their lesson from releasing the first one as a full retail release.

It's actually rather shocking/hilarious how many parents I saw buy this game for their young child. xD

Just bought the game used. I can't believe nobody ever seems to talk about it, probably the most creative game I have played in a while. Also reveals how flawed the ESRB system is. This game shows some of the most disturbing things I have seen in a game all played up for comedy and somehow it only gets a T because it uses teddy bears and child friendly imagery to convey it's carnage. Seems like the appeal it might have for children might lead them to give it an M but nope.

This game looks like so much fun! I hope this is at my local GameStop.

I know that feel, bro...
Here in Brazil we pay just as much (or more, if you consider the smaller salaries).
Well, as Yahtzee said in his Braid review, it might be the "Having the nicest beaches" tax.

In Australia we had to pay $80 for this when it first came out. That's how much new games cost here.

I hope to find that somewhere but finding the original naughty bear seemed pretty lucky on it's own considering how few copies of this game I have seen in my lifetime.

When did you find that out about? I finished all of the story missions.

That's basically all of the substance of Naughty Bear.

Clearly the producers didn't give the mainstream reviewers enough money for their reviews.

I second that motion sir, this game is hilarious as hell. Did you know that they made a sequel called Panic in Paradise last October for Psn & XBL? All i have to say is if you liked this one you'll love the sequel

There is a sequel slated to come out for XBLA and PSN late this year.

I actually wanted to get this game when it was first announced. Then I heard that it was horrible. But after seeing this review, I am so tempted to get it, now. I mean... it's teddy bears being brutally mutilated in horrific ways. There's no blood. It's stuffing. Which adds to the hilarity of it all.
