Hi Amy, this is Michael Flusche from Muenster, Texas. I've had meningitis when I was 16 months old and a TBI on April 13, 1996. I was in the hospital 10 days short of 3 months. I had most of my bones including my head, neck, back, shoulder, ribs and pelvis. I'm guessing my face was in the same shape as all the other bones. It will be 26 years in April. The doctors and nurses thought that I would be paralyzed and mute for the rest of my life. I fooled them by walking, talking and doing everything but run. Happy Birthday 🎂. I returned to my senior year in high school and graduated and also I graduated from college in 2002.
