Installation Overview: Large Scale Mosaic Artwork

This video is about a large-scale public art mosaic artwork by Bonnie Fitzgerald that was completed in 2016.

Large-scale work is not for the faint of heart! In this video Bonnie gives an overview of the fabrication and installation processes used for this stained glass mosaic project.

“My Community” is a 260 sq. ft. stained glass mosaic installation. This was a percentage of a public art project awarded to Fitzgerald by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission.
