I just got my very first order of Shilajit. I hope this keeps my blood sugar or type 2 diabetes in check. I have tried everting and nothing keeps my glucose in check. You never can find real shilajit because its really rare supplements many of seller even never see real shilajit but they are selling it so please don't buy it online if someone want that go to india or nepal mountain town and contact local then maybe you have only 5% chance you can get real shilajit its around $14000/kg but there are 99% seller are scammers my suggestion don't try to get it because its next to impossible
