Jack looks like the final boss you would have to fight at guitar center

The chemistry between the two of them is really what makes the magic happen. The way they look at each other and just dial in.

Their ability to be a band after they got divorced has to go down in history. You can see their connection on Little Ghost when they are looking each other in the eyes and smiling singing the song. Such chemistry and were able to keep it going and have that connection straight through the music. Honestly gives me chills. They are the best ever.

Those fierce looks Meg gives Jack while stomping that kick drum... What an intensity

I wouldn't call myself a fan of the White Stripes, but I have a real soft spot for them after they played a show in Iqaluit, the capital of Canada's northern Nunavut territory. I can't say with absolute certainty, but I suspect they are the only major label act to have ever played a show there, and it was a big deal for the community. Jack and Meg showed a tremendous amount of respect to the Inuit that live there, both in playing the show and sitting with elders to hear stories of the people. They sure as heck didn't make much money doing a show for 600 people given the cost of getting there.

You gotta love people that are that generous with themselves.

One of my favorite performances of all time. That Blue Orchid/Party of Special Things pairing still sounds unreal 15 years later!

This kind of energy could never be reproduced by any of Jack's other projects, and to me it's special for that reason

the band that opened my ears as a kid. 17 years later I have my own studio and I record every day. Thanks white stripes.

Meg is so captivating. Those poses and looks while playing Blue Orchid would melt Antarctica. This is also when her drumming really came into it's own; still ragged af and with the confidence that it still fits TWS like a glove. Man, I miss this band.

This is probably one of my favorite performances. The energy this gives off with all the songs, and I keep looking at Meg just killing it on the drums and Jack being a great guitarist, singer and songwriter

This duo is the very definition of less is more. They had a visceral power and chemistry that most "full" bands only wish they had. I hope they reunite someday and slay us all again. 🤘

I come back to this performance all the time to see what real synergy between a drummer and a guitarist/frontman looks like. Just pure energy pouring out of both of these beautiful human beings.

Everyone here loves The Stripes and it feels cool to connect with and see people that appreciate and miss them like I do. I still go back and thru all the records from time to time. That line “You think not telling is the same as not lying don’t you?” always got me but when it’s played along with that guitar riff and those thunderous drum beats it’s honestly one of the most pleasing things I’ve ever heard. Thank You Meg. Thank You Jack. You two are appreciated. You two, together, are greatly missed.

the shot in the second song where meg is over jacks shoulder and they're both in focus is just one of the coolest things i've ever seen

Meg is a true artist. She is beautifully chaotic. It compliments Jack perfectly. And her drumming sounds good. Jack wouldn't let her play on stage with him if she weren't an awesone musician. Beautiful performance to the great White Stripes.

The musical connection between these two seems deeply supernatural and connected on a level you just don't see very often.

Pretty stoked to see the whole performance. I have watched performances from this gig, but never the entire performance. God bless you, Jack and Meg. This is my era too because I was fortunate enough to see them perform at the Fox Theatre in St. Louis this same year: 2005.

I really miss this band. I hope Meg is thriving and happy and enjoying life outside the spotlight. As much as I'd love to see some type of reunion tour, I really just want Meg to be happy. We'll always have the memories

The energy and charge Meg puts into playing the drums is unique! His ability to adapt in synergy to jack rhythm changes is unparalleled. Meg is a great drummer 🥁 and I love her ! ❤️
