Public petition is needed to force action in the judicial system. I mean it's that simple use SARS and follow the money trails to prosecute. It cannot be allowed that people get away with vast amounts of stollen money and the judicial system has no teeth to deal with perpetrators. The justice system is suited for criminals and the law guilty untill proven innocent like in Japan should be implemented. Money trails cannot be erased in banks. People need to wake up and take action.
