Hi Jon & Jenna, loving the new sign, I dont personally source via liquidation but I do source on line, its true that it takes time to check and doing research prior to making an informed purchase as sometimes the itens are not as described and or faulty. Lucky enough where I purchase from most items have a 90 day warranty so I can send them back for a refund. I am always looking for that unique and undervalued item, sometimes I strike it rich selling for many times over the initial purchase price - that is the fun part. Anyway I caught your live with Hubcap Joe on news years day here in Australia and I really enjoyed it, hopefully you can do these regularly ! All the best for 2022 and hope all your goals come to fruition !

The sign is very nice I like it a lot, I only by manifested pallets that have a list of what's in it and condition of the goods in the pallet.

Love the sign, it's awesome, I will be seeing you on Joe's live. I tried wholesale before but I really didn't understand it. My first one was a huge failure because I bought target shoes and, while.they did sale, it took almost 2 years and I got rid of the rest. At best I made back the 500 I spent. Maybe one day I try again but I really need the space and knowledge first.

1st that sign is GREAT! I actually agree with everything u said. I recently made the mistake of trying a electronic box 4th quarter 🤣 it was bad like BAD. LUCKLY Is a place near me I told him and he gave me a 300.00 off next pallet and that pallet was GREAT! my lesson I can't stand electronic sells ill leave that to ppl who love it

I bought a well known leaf blower from a store on A received it. It was not working it must have being a return piece of sold on a pallet auction. I called A was given a full refund & was told to throw it away for them😂.

I have a rule for buying inventory. Do not buy from someone who has the ability to sell the items themselves. I buy from people who churn and burn their inventory. Speed is the name of the game. They are volume resellers that stick to their lane. It is very difficult to find a seller who doesn't pick out the higher dollar items...so I break that rule occasionally. Some don't leave $50 items, some $100, and some $500. I look for sellers who don't resell individually or have a high threshold for profitability if they do. Also...there is a lot less competition for pallets locally when the amount is over $1000. I like to bid on pallets rather than purchase manifested lots with fixed prices because I can bid $1000 on a great pallet knowing my competition won't pay more.

If you donate your liquidation items to charity can you write off the full value even if you didn’t pay that much for items?

I’ve gotten multiple pallets from direct liquidation and there manifest were more then 5% wrong
The expensive items I got were not the same one or missing on the manifest

You really can't make much on liquidation when you count into the fact of, shipping, seller fees, plus what you paid for it. I find that I am doing good to make 2 or 3 dollars off each liquidation

This people & then the buyers are scammed. I would not buy that Junk. Stuff that not even the distributors & chain stores don’t even want to shipped back to manufactures. They rather dumped as is on pallets cash in & report as a lost to gain.
