The IT guys should have sent the notice to the sandwich and pav-bhaji seller bang across the street from Mithibai college in Juhu, Mumbai. You would be shocked to see the bunch of ₹ 500/- notes in the hands of the owner at any time on any day that I have seen. It was at least 3" tall. He would be the proper recipient for such a notice.
