These are great books! I was surprised by how many of these I’d read. Severance is really cool; I read it at the beginning of quarantine.

I love this style of video! I currently have 25, maybe more, books out from the library and it never even occurred to me to try and talk about them anywhere online... partially because I’m terrified to see them all in a pile because I think the pile would be half my height. And you definitely sold me on the Overstory! I love a tree and am intrigued by your description of the book.

I've had city of brass on my kindle for oh so long and want to definitely give it a try. Gonna def try to read Severance, The Bone Witch and Cemetery Boys in October. Can't wait to hear your thoughts on Signal To Noise. I’ve been using my libby app oh so much like I don't have a bunch of physical books or ebooks I purchased a while ago haha interesting about the overstory, I def got it because I love trees so need to just dig in and see where I land, looking forward to hearing your thoughts :)

I want to read Real Life as well. Totally feel you about wanting to read many Latinx authors... I'm still searching for stories featuring nationalities I haven't read from before. I feel like often I read from the perspective of three or four Latinx nationalities. Also this reminds me to never announce to you how many holds/how many items I have out from the library at any one moment LOL
