I cooked with elephant garlic once a couple years ago! It’s real different, even in the taste of the garlic, like I think it’s a little sweeter, but it was a whole lot easier prepping that than the tiny cloves for sure, & I recommend picking one up if it’s at your store

🤔I bought one of those elephant garlics maybe like 2 years ago and for me it tasted bitter🤪. I don't like bitter taste so I roast them and most of that bitter taste went away. Well, I didn't buy them anymore after that.😮
