What is zero-point energy?

Zero-point energy is the lowest possible energy that a quantum system can have. Unlike in classical mechanics, quantum systems constantly fluctuate in their lowest energy state as described by the uncertainty principle. One way to think of zero-point energy is the kinetic energy, or vibrational motion, retained by atoms and molecules even at absolute zero, when according to classical physics all motion should cease. Alternatively, think of it as the energy left behind in a volume of space after all the matter and radiation has been removed.

One idea that i have read about is that Casimir effect is better thought of as akin to a Van der Waals force induced by the charges of the two plates (instead of fluctuations of the vacuum in between)

In any discusion of Unified Theories, Gravity, Electromagnetism, and the Strong & Weak Nuclear Forces are taken as the four fundamental forces of nature. The first two are part of our everyday, macroscopic experiences. It's curious that Electromagnetism has been excluded from Cosmology.

Say gravity pull and dark energy pushes. They sound so opposite.
Get in your car. A friend pulls your car whill an other pushes your car. You are moving forward. Gravity and dark energy is the same movment.
Now in your car, you discover no one is pushing or pulling, it is just the curvature of space time. You are going down a slope.
Next you disover matter is space time bent. Like the slope. There is no movement.
It is space time that moves within itself.
Like you are watching a movie in your car. Exept your car and body is space time bending.

Next you see all this. You are aware of it. You see inside yourself, you see outside yourself .
But you cant find what is inside or outside.
You cant find what is you and not you.

Hello, what if every black hole 🕳 is a worm hole when traversed and is a univers when seen from the point of view of it's singularity.
Then gravity in the parent univers appears as dark energy in the child univers.
(The same way that if you pinch and pull on your socks, from the frame of reference of where you are pinching, it looks like the sock is being expanded by your foot, that is the dark energy.)
It is simple, really.
So can you do a video that explain dark energy and get a nobel prize?
It would be a good step.

Then i got quantum gravity.
Wich is virtual particles doing an " edg dislocation", like atoms do when metal is bent. Exept there it is space time bending.

A quantum gravitational wave is just, imagine a lattice like iron at a atomic level, when bent the atoms slide against one an other.
Well virtual particles don't have to recombine with the one it cam from, it can recombine with any virtual particle. So if it recombine to an other particle then it generats motion. That motion or sliding is gravity itself.
Very simple.
Of cours it is more complicated, but it is as far as i got.
