Cycling Mount Ymittos, Athens Greece

Mount Ymittos, in Athens, Greece... a network of hiking and mountain bike trails, gravel sections, history, and long sweeping roads for cycling. The entire way up, you also get the best panoramic views of Athens, including the sea side, the Acropolis, Lycabittos, the Olympic Games park, and the surrounding mountain ranges.

This video starts with a clip from the ascent, taken at the last switchback before you climb up to the radio antennas. You also get a surprise glimpse at a pair of partridges I saw up there, and then it's the descent. Rather than chop it up into parts, I've let it play mostly uninterrupted.
