Formation: 442 Flat
Playing Style: Possession Game / Quick Counter
Individual Instructions: None, but can use Counter Targets to save stamina when playing lower rated teams.
Key Notes:
- Using Roaming Flank / Hole Player on the wings creating a man-more situation in the centre of the pitch with the AMF.
- Attacking Fullback / Fullback-Finisher giving you an extra passing option in the build-up, playing like a fluid 3-5-2 formation.
- Your 4 forwards pressing high, giving high 1 on 1 pressure to force your opponent to play the long ball.
- Use Possession Game to beat 433 Long Ball Counter.
- Use Quick Counter to beat 433 Quick Counter

kalahard likes to play long ball counter, solid defending, proper use of manual gk moves. In attacking, he emphasizes on effectiveness. He will not pass into the box until he's sure about the chance. No sloppy passes. He will use the wingers to hold the ball, wait for attackers to go into the box, wait for the chance to come, wait for your defenders to make AI marking mistakes. It's actually very possession-like in the final third. Lots of super cancel to make your defender commit first then he dribbles in. Watch out to him Indominator

As a possession player, i cant wait to try this! I have a couple of questions tho: what about defensive advanced instructions, like man marking etc? Do you use them to counter 3cf tactics? And for a f2p player, would you recommend the scaloni of arg pack, as hes the only manager who can play both possession and quick counter?
