Fitbit Readiness Score Review Part 2

I did a review on the Fitbit Readiness Score almost a year ago. In that video I thought it had all the tools to be something that could be helpful. Sadly it seems like it hasn't improved in that time.

How different is the readiness score in fitbit or pixel different from the body battery in garmin, does it show activities that affect the score and does the score change when you progress during the day.
