LOL about the anchor not familiar with Brussels sprouts.
As a child, I wasn't terribly fond of the cruciferous vegetable.
It wasn't until I was an adult, that I discovered the correct type, that did not taste bitter, and how it was best prepared.
Organically grown, in nutrient rich soil, picked while smaller in size, increasing sweetness, fresh from the farm, and then gently sauteed in butter, with seasonings.
Delish!
