Imo the best pizza is bacon crumble and green olives, either well done or thin crust. You did pepperoni dirty lol.

I do love bacon, don't get me wrong, but you know how topping flavors bleed into the taste of the cheese on the pizza? For me it's just too strong of a flavor because it overshadows everything else. Its' awesomeness will just sully all the other flavors so at that point why not just eat bacon by itself?

That being said, I agree that Canadian bacon is S for sure
