I've seen a few of these, but I really can't see how that dragon can be part of the billboard on this one with how far it goes off

Could someone please explain how the dragon's horns extend beyond the actual height of the billboards itself? Shouldn't the building cut off the very top tip of the horns?

I wish we had billboards like that here in the states. I've lived in L.A. and I've never seen anything like this. China has others similar to this. What a wonderful thing to do for the people and make their day bright.

my actual issue is that parts of the dragon, like ears, back and tail are visible in front of many windows...
[edit] And what about those 2 ads panels on the left, simulated too ?

I'm more amazed by the fact that the pedestrians are not stopping to look at it in awe and wonder. I don't care it I worked in that building, I'd be fired from either running out every chance I could or being really late everyday cuz I'm just standing there watching it for hours.

Everyone's questioning how it works or if it's real... Who the F cares?! Just appreciate the utter koolness! It's called an imagination and suspending disbelief.
