Obviously chat gpt wasn’t judging the beauty. It’s based on what they were referred to in their career and whether or not their look was an obstacle. It’s a ranking of artist who were *labeled* as ugly, not who is the ugliest. Sia avoided showing her face because she was told she isn’t pretty enough to be an artist. I’m pretty just Janice Joplin, Amy Winehouse and Björk faced similar criticism throughout their career. That doesn’t mean they are ugly. Just that people criticized their looks.

And saying "…should’ve been on the list” doesn’t work either because you’re probably thinking of someone you are not attracted to, that doesn’t mean they don’t fit their industry’s standard and that they had to fight off the people who criticized their looks.
