Story 6 about the childrens presents. My MIL very sensibly have colouring books, pencils, etc for Christmas, but meanwhile for birthdays and Christmas for each child she opened bank accounts, and put money in for them. When she died, they all received a very nice nest egg which they previously knew nothing about.

I'm not sure where this is, but it sounds like US, and in the US caselaw is such that trespassing someone off a property must be done by police, or be sufficiently documented in a satisfactory manner, like a signed document or a video acknowledging you know you're trespassed. Police can NOT simply arrest someone because a security guard or other authorized person *claims* he trespassed the tresspasser. Elsewise, it would be THE #1 way to harass people you don't like.
Scenario 1: Don't like your neighbor. So you invite him over verbally onto your property before calling police as he's coming over. Police show up and you SAY you already trespassed him from your property. Should he be arrested and charged with trespass? The courts have unanimously confirmed a resounding 'No'.
Police can only instantly arrest if the person is in a clearly marked and enclosed restricted area.

Once, when I was about 45 or so I went into a store to buy some liquor.
The cashier asked for my ID.
After a few blinks of astonishment I showed my ID, broke out into an uncontrollable smile and told the cashier he'd just made my day.

honestly from Story 1: Karen needs to mind her own business and move to another seat if the airliner is Southwest. But sadly she had to ruin her life for her entitlement and not getting her way. Once law enforcement is called it's more likely Karen will be on the no-fly list for that dangerous and disturbing behavior

Story #4. Let me get this straight. the EX Wife, mother of the child, has custody for the FIRST 2 WEEKS of December. That means Dad, would get custody the last 2 weeks, which includes Christmas. However mom wants the FULL MONTH so she, her new partner and the boy can go on a ski holiday instead of the boy spending time with dad at home. Did mom suggest that she NOT get custody the first 2 weeks? How would/did dad feel about that? And did either of them ASK the child what HE WOULD PREFER?
Also, is the first Christmas that you've been split? If not, who had the boy for LAST Christmas?
