I've been doing taekwon-do over 40 years sorry I don't see any 'old school' here. In any event I don't think there are enough instructors around who teach the old school style. I remember when we adopted the 'v' neck uniforms and went over to the 'olympic' style (in my club around 1983) things started to go downhill from there. Prior to that our fighting style was similar to kyokushin but no leg kicks and we used more punches.

Ehrlich gesagt kann ich bei diesem Kampf keinen "Oldstile" erkennen. Es geht wirklich nur um Punkte zu sammeln und die Arme hängen wie Trauerweiden herunter. Wo bleibt die Abhärtung und Ausdauer? Fausttreffer werden wohl nicht mehr bewertet und scheinen auch nicht mehr eingesetzt zu werden. Und mit dieser gepolsterten Ritterrüstung muss auch niemand mehr Angst haben zu harte Schläge zu erhalten, ein KO durch die Weste ist fast ausgeschlossen.
