Your numerical example videos are always very good. But in this case I think there's a mistake. The feature 'practical knowledge' is a pure class and should be considered as the 1st stump in final decision and the second feature should be chosen in a way which gives the next purest decision tree and in this case that is 'Interactiveness' and not 'CGPA'. The order of features used for calculation is incorrect and hence the weight of the samples is incorrect. Let me know if I have understood it incorrectly.
