VMware vSphere for Big Data and Machine Learning

This video describes the benefits of deploying your big data and machine learning applications on VMware vSphere - whether that be done on-premises or in the public cloud on VMware Cloud on AWS. The workload mobility that is available between those two private and public cloud environments is a key differentiator for vSphere from other platforms. The video shows that you can easily live migrate or mass migrate (using VMware Hybrid Cloud Extension) a set of virtual machines making up a big data or ML cluster from the on-premises platform to the cloud. VMware has also fully validated the major big data and machine learning workloads on the vSphere platform including showing the value of virtualizing your GPUs for the high compute demands of machine learning training work.
