This is a problem sir, I have got he information from taking notes and you should never.. and I mean never ever choke your bird on food, it can cause many problems that could maybe cause death so, I suggest you give the bird a few seconds to swallow the food. Because birds need to digest food like us. We don’t force ourselves to eat
