In the real world, Harper would have been straight up FIRED on the first damn day.

This, plus putting Nolan's life in danger would have been grounds for, at the VERY LEAST, a mandatory psyche evaluation. And probably retraining so that she understood, on no uncertain terms, that she was NOT a UC anymore. She isn't a "Loner" anymore. She now works with other cops closely.

I get what they wanted to do but in the real world, any senior LEO who believes Harper coulda slipped back into uniform NO PROBLEM is just kidding themselves.

All that said, Harper is still awesome once she mellowed down

One day disrespect for your leader and insulting people you meet for the first time won't be considered badassery. But apparently not today. I like her now but it took time. I really don't know what's so cool about her behavior in these first episodes

Officer Murphy skill supersedes height. Winning a fight depends solely on one's skills, not height. I’ve seen a taller man get his ass handed to him by someone shorter and if you truly know anything about fighting most fight are won in the mind way before you lay hands on.
