She came here illegally, had anchor babies, and MISSED her immigration hearing Oct 9th. They deported her and she took the kids with her instead of leaving them with her husband. She had the kids in September and could and should have made her court hearing. But, lets blame everyone else.

This was already clarified by the immigration dept, the American citizen children did not have a deportation order, only the mother. The parents clarified in a Spanish news station, the mother was given the option to leave the kids in the US with their American citizen father, but they decided it was best to take them to Mexico.

She broke the damn law! She came here illegally! She went up to court with her kids thinking that that the court would show sympathy! She used them as an anchor! And it didn’t work!
So what happens when a parent gets caught driving drunk with a child in the car? The child doesn’t go to jail with parent or the parent doesn’t walk free because they had a child with them! The parent goes to jail and the child gets placed in Cps custody or with a relative! So what makes this situation any different? Come here legally through the port of entry and quit relying on pushing out innocent children on US soil to save you!
