I remember Buzz being the scariest thing ever.
I remember Spike being the hardest thing ever.
I remember Scorch being the most intimidating thing ever.
The Sorceress was meh. XD

I like the fact that the caged companions come to your help in the boss fights

Buzz gave me nightmares as a kid. One time, i accidently booted up my bigger sisters save which started me at buzz. I immediately ran out of the room crying my eyes out begging my mom to turn off the PS :(

oh yeah, now I remember why Spike was hard for me. he did the one thing that no 8 year old could have ever guessed or seen coming, due to its strategic flawlessness: shoot in front of me.

also I am disapointed that you shot the fire flaming minion that chases after you in Scorches fight. I always laughed when he chased me around. you owe me a laugh..

Man, you missed the mini-boss in Spooky Swamp and the final battle with the Sorceress in the Super Bonus World.

You-- Spike-- no damage-- *HOW?!* How in the name of anything holy were you able to do what I, in all my years of playing this game, _never_ could? Who are you? _What_ are you? Are you even human? You should at least have taken *one* hit but no! It... it was over so quickly... what, how, how did you... /brain shuts down/

Spike was definitely the hardest for me back then. I actually get slight anxious flashbacks when watching the fight on videos like this, but at the same time, it was one of my favorites, because he was a good challenge at the time.

I remember when I was 5 or 6 and I beat this game all by myself. Oh my childhood.

I always liked that sound Buzz made whenever you rammed into him. It always made me crack a small smile and a giggle.

Can't wait to fight them in the remakes. Also it took me 5 years to beat Spike, I always used to stop at him and restart the game. Because back then when I fail or see someone else fail after one try, I thank that I can't do it. But now I don't quit after one failure.

I like original Buzz more than remake Buzz.
He was actually more frog like and he actually felt more squishy and slimy

The bosses are far more memorable in the original as opposed to the remake.

The first boss terrified me as a child. Especially the soundtrack and the sounds that he makes, it was a good combination of nightmares for me.
Don't get me wrong I still fought him but I was just scared every minute I was in that boss fight.

as a kid i feared Buzz so hard, it was an epic moment for me beating him finally
