I've seen Nahko perform twice - both this year. Once at Bluesfest and once in Sydney. Both times I had very spiritual things happen to me, but the gig he played in Sydney was inspiring and incredibly moving. My sister and I experience something very special, and it happened at the same time. We could feel the spirit in the room, the energy like none other. Pure love. I actually wrote Nahko on twitter the next morning telling him thank you, and that I could feel my ancestors were there with us that night. It's amazing to hear Trevor had the same experience too. Nahko truly is a blessing with a message for all to hear. And thank you Trevor for making this song. I listen to it and am transported back to that night. It's my favourite song on your album!

Wow! Before I saw this video and knew it was a tribute to Nahko, I heard this song a few times, and each time the image of Nahko popped up into my head. Something about this song totally captures his essence. And many thanks for your beautiful music. I saw Nahko in Santa Fe this year. There have been very few shows that I have been to and walked away feeling like I was someone different. I walked out of the show and havent been the same since. I wouldnt even know about Trevor Hall with out Nahko. This is beautiful, keep spreading the love and knowledge!
