Part2: Dr. Toshinori (Kumei) Watanabe, Prof of IS at UEC Tokyo Japan, final lecture on March 1, 2013

Dr. Toshinori (Kumei) Watanabe、渡辺俊典（久迷）教授, Prof of Information Systems,
University of Electro-Communications(UEC) Tokyo Japan, has made the final
lecture at UEC on March 1, 2013.
This lecture has been composed of three parts, the first part is his
experience from childhood to Hitachi Ltd, the second part is about the time
at UEC, and the last part is about his future, his original natural language of Semistry (世観学）, and playing Shakuhachi, Japanese
traditional bamboo flute, his favorite hobby and life.
This is the second part of his lecture, talking about the period at UEC
including his original information-science related academic discipline
SEMISTRY （世観学）.
