I've tried the default windows installer(IExpress), Advanced Installer for VS 2022, Microsoft VS Installer Projects 2022, and Inno. I find that Inno works the best for my basic needs, and is easy to use. The only problem I haven't figured out is how to get icons to show up for the desktop and start menu file. The uninstall file gets an icon, though. I've added the icon in the wizard, as well as in script, with no success.

Hi! I am trying to create an installer för my Unreal Engine 4 game project using the software InnoSetup, that generates a script based on a few choices done in a graphical user interface I can install my program perfectly with my generated script, but when I run the executable that was installed I get this error:

"error couldn't start createprocess error returned 2"

Do you know how to fix this or why it happens? Thanks

Thanks for this amazing video, but I have one concern: if the exe is running and you are trying to uninstall it, In this case, the exe is not uninstalling completely. Can you do this if the program is running? In this case, the uninstaller is capable of terminating the complete exe, and start uninstalling.
