In the vein of Shaun of the Dead, Tucker & Dale is a wild, wonky tale of two hillbilly buddies trying to survive their vacation in the woods when they are mistaken for killers by a gang of college kids. Our heroes valiantly save one of the college girls from drowning but are accused of wrongdoing. The chase ensues, not treating the students too well, leaving us with a gory but hilarious tale of two hillbillies and their hearts of gold.

A comedy horror movie from the perspective of the Hillbilly side being wrongfully accused of doing stuff and having people killing themselves all over is just pure genius.

This movie is enjoyable, it did a perfect job combining some humor/horror with real life occurrences.

This reel is pure genius! The two protagonists are the coolest dudes in horror film history. It took me 2hrs and 30 mins. to get through my initial viewing because I kept rewinding certain scenes. I had a blast watching it. A+

This movie is so awesome. It's hilarious and spooky at the same time. Whoever directed this movie brought the two genres of comedy and horror together into this one amazing, funny and scary film. Most of the scenes are incredibly amusing. The actors are fantastic and play their roles perfectly. Always brings a smile on my face seeing this legendary gem. Give this masterpiece a chance if you haven't watched it. It's so good and has an unexpecting plot. It's surprisingly epic.

I love this film.

It’s got a romantic story similar to Beauty and the Beast, only instead of magic, music and talking candles, there’s hapless Hillbillies, angry bees and and easily avoidable deaths. ^^
