Gosh I can relate with Christy so much! My whole life I've battled with shame the most out of anything and I am learning who I really am through my relationship with God and who He says I am! It always made me feel dirty or unworthy and I can't tell you how free I'm starting to feel now that I'm dealing with the root issue and I give God all the glory for it 🙌 I really needed this conversation today! Minister Chrystal's words struck me. What are you ashamed of? What is causing you to shrink back? Sometimes, we think that we have it all together, or pretend that we do. I know there are experiences that I shrunk back from pursuing because of shame. A verse came to mind that I've said to myself so many times, "But we do not belong to those who shrink back and are destroyed, but to those who have faith and are saved (Hebrews 10:39 NIV)." And even the verse before, the Lord takes no pleasure in the one who shrinks back. Ouch! Lord Jesus, THANK You for the clarity you brought through Min. Chrystal's words. I receive deliverance from shame and shrinking back, in Christ Jesus, and pray for others to also be released from this hindrance. Amen.🦋

Awesome to hear about the shrinking experience. Because I spent most of my greatest experiences shrinking as if I wasn't good enough to create for myself, but great enough to create for others as I was allowing myself to be lead to believe that about myself. Unbelievable! God is an awesome God. Always nudging me to be myself regardless. I had so much faith in the possibilities I had/have to give, to help and to provide for others. So, I would tell myself that they, whomever they were or are, think/thought they were getting over. But God, yes but God... Until! Yes until, I came to an agreement from within myself that I gifted what God wanted me to give to make the difference. And the acknowledgement was not meant for me to have but it was to glorify God. I am so grateful for those uncomfortable experiences. I do not plan to create more of those experiences in my life now that I have discovered a potential within an awakened greatness that resided in me that The Lord has grown me up into from within so many of those unhealthy experiences and challenges.
