Remission of sentences, presidential pardons explained

Following the President's announcement of a special remission of sentences for some prisoners, to avoid overcrowding at correctional facilities, we're now joined by the Spokesperson for Correctional Services, Singabakho Nxumalo, to talk to us about this a little further.
