So here it is! After 13 years!!
When I was young, my mom would put some CDs on by the morning, just after waking up. I was 13, maybe 14, and I had just started going after my dreams.
Among many songs, this one was specifically the one which made my heart and soul burst with courage and a deep feeling that everything would be ok. I remember listening to it and feeling the sense of adventure, will and faith that would guide me for so many years, giving me strength and pushing me foward when things felt dark.
So when I was around 15, my mom stopped putting the old CDs on, including the one containing this song, and eventually lost a lot of 'em. Still this song remained within my spirit, and I would search for it endlessly. I would tell friends about it and try using music finder apps, but with no success. Untill now. Untill today.
Suddenly, the whole Unverse seems to make sense once more and we are exactly where we were ment to be. Anything is possible through the cosmic synchronicity.
13 years later I find the one song. 13 years later the song finds me.
I'm grateful.

Before Cuchulainn, "The Hound of Ulster" or "Culainn's Hound", died in battle, he strapped himself to a standing stone, so when the next wave of enemies approached, they would fear him even in death. It was only until Morrigan, the Goddess of Death, disguised as a raven, landed on his shoulder, did his enemies know that he was truly dead.

What a spectacular & inspirational tribute to Ireland's greatest mythological hero, its most fearsome warrior & symbol of famed combat prowess.

For as haunting & solemn as it is... steeped in melancholic reflection & predestined, untimely death... this magnificent tune is upbeat, powerfully moving, deeply stirring, & brimming with an ancient ethnic pride while it's vividly evocative of a misty, violent past, though one that revels in the glorious exaltation of various battle victories of its venerated, near invincible hero, one fated to perish young, slain at the hands of his approaching enemies, nonetheless.

Equal parts endearing & lamentable, uplifting & sadly reflective, fiercely inspired yet driven by a palpable resignation, this timeless tune has a power, passion & poignancy to it that invariably renders me both mesmerized & haunted, beautifully fitting tribute to a legendary warrior of epic renown that this musical masterpiece is☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️

My brother and I have a tradition of watching The Boondock Saints every St. Patrick's Day. I have Irish beer and pizza. Happy St. Patty's Day! Everyone's Irish today!

This might sound weird, but for some reason, these kind of instrumental songs kinda reminded me that I have to work hard to thrive in life, which is one of the things all of us need during this stupid pandemic. I hope all of you who are reading this comment are having a great day even though this pandemic has taken a tremendous toll on all of us.

A song that captures the wonder and sorrows of the tale of Cu Chulainn.
