Wow just wow! Owner of the funeral home straight up admits she gave them someone else's hair because she either didn't do it at all or supposedly lost his! Why not just come out of the gate and say hey we made a mistake we forgot to cut his hair or we lost it. That is so freaking insulting to give them another deceased person's hair and say here you go this is your loved one! I'd be suing the f out of that place
