Speaking on spiritual matters can ruin the sanctity of the experience. Also, you can't say with certainty that someone's experience is invalid just because you can't conceptualize how it was made possible!

@MorgueOfficial You could go meet Sadhguru. If I were in your shoes, for what you are creating, I would take time to go and experiment with different Practices. You cannot know, unless you go and see it for yourself. Our brains are biased to accepting what it cannot understand, and the dynamics of understanding, acceptance until directly experienced. Sadhguru comes from an ancient lineage. Indian culture has a very in-depth wisdom that is still currently present into the up-bringing of the Indians within their traditions and culture.

He tried very hard to stick to the topic of soil but Joe wanted to talk about aliens.

I believe that Sadhguru was walking a fine line here because he wants to be taken seriously and not risk sounding crazy and being dismissed by the sheep.

Sadhguru does make a lot of outlandish claims, but to his credit he always tells people to never just believe anything that he says but to verify it for themselves and simply dismiss anything that they can't verify (yet).

Moral of the story: Always take _anything_ that other people tell you with a grain of salt, no matter who they are or claim to be.
