Edit: To the part where you discuss the Fiesta dropping the revs slow vs. the CGT dropping too fast, you can stay on the throttle if the car actually drops the revs faster than you shift. That's what I do from 1st to 2nd in my gear (because it drops revs fast and secondly because the shifting is harder) and it works just fine. However, it may cause (at least for me) the driver to ride the clutch longer because they are unsure if the revs match from the engine to the trans. Just a little tip. Great vid btw, congrats on the car.
