Enjoy my rant about Jun Wu!:

the thing that creeped me out the most about jun wu (except the obsessiveness) was the mood swings and psychopathic behaviour. Like bro literally bashed XL head into rocks just to wipe blood of his face with care and then smash his head again. He said the line „We could’ve been the bestest of friends” after brutally beating XL. Also the thing he has with psychological torture that was shown in the later chapters with a methaphor of chasing XL through the underground tunnels - he couldve attacked XL sooner and find him sooner but instead forced him to run away through unknown tunnels without any escape route in sight. Or the time he showed himself to XL for weeks and made everyone think XL was crazy before actually appearing before him - that shit is heavy psychological torture like damn. He did everything just to plant fear in XL, the uncertainty that made XL literally go insane. I have so much more to say about his character but I doubt anyone will read this so yeah

There are so many instances in book 2 where Jun Wu tries to convince Xie Lian not to associate with Hua Cheng even though he'd never do anything to him and it always reminds me of Mother Gothel gaslighting Rapunzel

I have been saying forever that there should be a TGCF Tangled fusion with Xie Lian as The Lost Prince of Xianle, Hua Cheng as Flynn Ryder and Jun Wu as Mother Gothel, and you have done just that. Bravo! I really hope Bai Wuxiang comes out half as chilling in the donghua as he is here.
