It is so funny how people have a different perspective. I was disappointed that this was more about new Hollywood as opposed to Carol. I got the point that Carol influenced a lot of new comics, but none of them measure up to her talents. It would have been more appropriate to have Cher sing the Carol song than Katy Perry. I was wondering why this show aired on NBC. CBS turned it down. Well screw them. The special got great ratings and won an Emmy. CBS should be ashamed of themselves especially since carols variety show was a ratings powerhouse fir them on Sat for 11 years. Morons
