LVMH recently took over Rolex's F1 sponsorship deal - ! It was recently announced that LVMH would join F1 as a new sponsor in 2025 in a $1,000,000,000 deal - one of the biggest sponsorships in F1 history. What exactly does this mean and will Rolex lose their F1 sponsorship? LVMH are one of the biggest companies in the world and own an array of luxury brands like Tag Heuer and Louis Vuitton - this will likely mean that Tag Heuer will take Rolex's sponsorship in Formula 1 and we are also likely to see a number of their brands across trackside signage, in the paddock and even on the podium. That's right Ferrari Trento are also out next year, so will we see Moet on the F1 podium again? Stick around to find out.

It’s going to be sad losing that classic green we see on modern f1 circuits!

You should ask Rolex to give you one or two of those big clocks at the end of the season. You're a customer and have mentioned them enough on these videos. Come on Rolex, hook up Kym with a clock!

Rolex is indeed an iconic brand. However, I believe the TAG Heuer branding will give it a classic look and feel on the track.

Lots of detailed information. That's what I love about a Kym Illman video!

TAG Heuer, are not exactly new to F1 they were the sponsor of Ferrari in the early days and Williams after that and then they bought in to McLaren, they’ve been around F1 for years. 👍

Fun fact: you can easily recognize champagne spraying newbies, because seasoned champagne spraying veterans who do it often (such as Valentino Rossi, Max, Lando, Lewis, and Fernando) tilt the neck of the bottle down, so that you get effective spraying for almost the entirety of the bottle. Holding it upright only sprays out about 25% of the bottle, leaving you with merely three quarters of a bottle of flat champagne.
Your completely worthless trivia for the day. 😄

oracle paying 100m just for redbull vs 150m for entire calender basically? seems like a steal for LVMH

As a mere mortal, this shit really disassociates me from the sport. I appreciate their money, but I honest to god can't stand 99% of the consumer base of this company

I am no fashion icon, But damn 99% of what these clothing brands sell looks like shit 😂

I imagine the official time keeping equipment will stay exactly the same, it will be just branded as Tag Heuer.

Thanks for the video Kym. It’s sad to see an American company as liberty media is making billions of dollars off of Formula One and don’t seem to have the money to add to the prize pool if they added another team specifically an American team.

With the growing popularity of f1, and its glamorous atmosphere, It was only a matter of time a luxury brand like lvmh would try to join in.

Rolex will still be in Motorsport. They’ve been involved with endurance racing for decades.
