“430 Million F1 Viewers, but impossible to bump into a fellow fan.” So true.

Imagine how much Rolex just pays for the shot of the minute hand moving before the cars start the formation lap…

Speaking of only meeting fellow F1 fans at the track and expensive tickets: I remember going to one of the races at Indianapolis and meeting a guy from the UK who lived about an hour away from Silverstone and he said it was cheaper to fly to Indy and see the USGP than to go to his home race.!

Other than Marlboro, I would say Agip. Classic F1 sponsor for sure and was plastered all over tracks back in the day, on top of some beautiful Ferraris

i kept thinking that the zoom signs were a sponsor, but it’s just the subtitles

Just look at how Mazepin joined the sport

a sponsor? It has to be Marlboro. I didn't even watch F1 back in those days but McLarens and Ferraris were so iconic with the Marlboro liveries

1:22 As a Dutch F1 fan, that was me ten years ago. Now everything exploded here and almost everyone watches the F1 race. I think it is a great thing.

Circuit fees: the reason world championship altering points were awarded at Spa.

The Drive to Survive series has set a lot of things in motion. Earlier it was hard to bump into an F1 fan. But now after every meeting there is one small chat about the race. Also the fact that this particular season is actually very exciting and people joining now are getting a good experience. With some knowledge about the sport from DTS and more fans to come, the future of F1 looks bright.

Would be nice to know how much Amazon pays for these AWS charts.

F1 don't sell the tickets for the races so don't need to hand out refunds... Spa has that luxury... But they have to pay millions too host the race whether a race is shown or not so... Doing one for half price is difficult for them if F1 don't give them some leeway... And we want Spa to exist so... Yeh it's F1s fault, they don't have to help so they don't.
