1- rental properties are hard to find---rents are 2000$ to rent a house. 2- traffic has increased substantially. 3- crime has increased substantially. 4- summers are routinely 110-116 --30 yrs ago they were 105-110., 5- blight in many areas, 6- huge water concerns---wells drying up, reservoirs very low, 7- skiing if there is snow. For several years the ski resorts were not able to open due to lack of snow.

We have been to Arizona 2 times once in July then in December WE DID NOT LIKE ARIZONA the weather is BRUTAL 🔥🔥 it is so HOT 🥵 that you can’t think straight and we were born and raised in California 🌴 we might have a couple of days over 100 degrees but that it …. WE WILL STAY IN CALIFORNIA 🌴

Thier running out of water. I moved to south Oregon. I have a well that produces 12 gallons a minute continuously.
Electricity costs about $10 dollars a mounth. I've ran
sprinklers for 12 hours and never worry about running out.
It will be 85% today phoenix will be melting.
I do average about 2 feet of snow annually.
Perfect.

I can think of 100 reasons NOT to move to Phoenex. 1 it was 135 in the shade this summer.

I moved away after living there most of my live early 80s through 2017 - I moved out because it just wasnt my "home town" anymore - all the Californians moved in and ruined the place, drove prices through the roof and we had no water back then with only 2 million ppl. Now with 7 million...water is scarce. World class level of many things yes...its a millionairs paradise now...but it used to be a nice town. Its ruined now. Only those willing to live in a city that finally found out what it had and what it was and it just ruined all the charm and grace. Its a mess now. I moved back East and I love it.

A great city. Abundant sunshine. Mild winters. And excellent mexican food. Also nearby, big mountains. Actually clean and well run for such a big city. If Phoenix is too big, go to nearby Tucson or Albuquerque. And you have the D-Backs and Suns.
