I love love LOVE backless dresses. So gonna let you in on a little secret...my wedding dress is actually going to backless! But that is all I will tell you! But because of this, I made sure to make us the BEST backless dress workout that was ever created!

The great thing about working your back is that it will improve your posture, make you look taller, and also look more confident! It's a win for you big time. Lucky for you, there is no equipment, you don't need a gym, and you can do this workout anywhere! But especially at home :) Have fun!

Every workout in the Blogilates Bridal Bootcamp is 10 minutes long with NO BREAKS. There are 10 moves that are done for 1 minute each, back to back. I'm training you this way to save you time while teaching your muscles to get stronger with intense moves in a very short amount of time.

prom is upcoming and i’ve tried this work out for the third time now!
the first two times my stamina didn’t last until the end of the video but i can proudly say i’ve finally grown and can complete the full work out!
it may not seem like a big deal to others but it’s a HUGE deal for me!! thank you so much for your support Cassey!!

i’m not a bride, but i have pretty bad back pain and carry a lot of my stress in my shoulders. i did this today, and practically felt the tension slip away with every move. i could feel the knots untying themselves! hours later, and it still feels just as good. didn’t have any lower back pain at all today, even while carrying TWO vacuums down a flight of stairs! thank you cassey! :-)

It's so crazy to think that I found Blogilates back in 2011 and I'm still here! I even remember, in college, I asked my floor members to do the 1, 000 squat challenge in 2015. We had about 10 girls doing the squat challenge the next day haha! I love you Cassey and everything you stand for!❤️

I've been doing these exercises for a while now, and I am very happy with the results. Like many my age, I have trouble with drapey skin in the area of the back-lats, below the bra and above the waist. I find the back behinds, snow angel, and flying bird dog address this problem well, also the back plank. On the ab workout the last two exercises for the obliques also work the back lats. I've been combining and the results are obvious. Thank you so much for such effectiveness in such a short workout. P.S. I hope the pastel blue and pink workout clothes get to your sight soon, as well as the cute overshirts.
