Prank victims sees police officers running away terrified. The cops grab them for their own safety and drag them off to hide from whatever it is that is chasing them. They watch from behind garbage cans as a whole group of people come sprinting and screaming. Now, they're really worried - what could possibly be so scary and so terrifying that even the cops run away? Turns out, it's a cute little kid dressed up in an adorable monster costume - and clutching his teddy bear - that is terrorizing this neighbourhood.
