At 19:25, can somebody explain why i(0) is equal to 1 and not 0. Because when the current at the capacitor before switching is 0, so when t=0 also the same right?

At 22:11 why we can not say the voltage of capacitor is 10 x 1 = 10 v since 10 ohm is parallel to the capacitor ??. it is one path, i mean the shorted inductor and 10 ohm resistor.
