iPad Pro 2021 - NEW Apple Pencil + iPad Pro... mini?

As we near the next Apple event that will take place (hopefully) this March, more and more leaks and rumors emerge as to what the company has up its sleeve. Recently, articles/leakers point towards a new generation of Apple Pencil will be shipped with the iPad Pro 2021 models. This new pencil is rumored to have a glossy design and interchangeable nibs/tips, aligning with a recent patent filed by Apple last February. We also could possibly expect to see an iPad Pro mini, or iPad mini Pro with Air 4/Pro styling (i.e. small bezels + USB-C) which is super exciting for people who love small form-factor tablets.

iPad Pro Mini would be incredible. Not bothered about the power, but shrinking down the bezels get it to a perfect notebook size for around the office. Can't wait to see what actually comes out!

I used to be a fan or iPad Mini when I was still in school. But a larger screen really improves productivity, despite how cool an iPad Mini Pro is .. how many people are gonna use it as a daily driver?

I'm still good with my 2nd gen apple pencil. Would only be interested in another if only it was lighter, tap functionalities were either more customised or more accurate.

Maybe, They are going back to glossy because it is grippier than the matte?
I hope there will be an alternative sharper or thinner nibs so inking smaller details will be easy without always zooming in. Production wise, that would be so awesome.

A lot of big animation studios and advertising studios are using wacom cintiq or the cheaper rival huion for all the not so big studios.
If apple can create a larger ipad pro 15 in animation and advertising studios might consider getting them instead. As long as they are still cheaper than the cintiq.

I would love absolutely LOVE a iPad mini pro. I would be happy with an air style proper redesign as well but I love the size of the iPad mini.

But like.... when? I’ve seen a couple of these March event rumors and none of them mention when? I’m looking to buy an iPad and idk weather to buy one now cuz I really need it but then again I don’t want to buy one if one is right around the corner....
