I'm assuming you have some kind of Domain Trust between the two locations. Because there is no way to find an account from another domain using Entire Directory.

Thanks a lot sir, I have some strange issues, ssis job fails if I logged off from server, if I have active session on ETL server, than only job execute successfully.i m using proxy account, and account require rdp in order to have ssis successfull execution

One quick query, the account that you have used while setting the credential what is the password used. Any password will work or the password with which the account initially created have to use that.
