Directed by Lukasz Cholewiak - Original Title : Midsummer Night Dream
Fresh from the success of the recently celebrated London Fashion Film, the Polish director and photographer stages his visionary poetry to tell a story. A story that, this time, starts from the workshops of the young designers of the IUAD. Commissioned by Michele Lettieri, President of the IUAD, and produced by Focus on Infinity (independent production company founded in 2012 by Lukasz Cholewiak himself together with Hektor P. Kowalski) Midsummer Night Dream, this is the title of the short film, draws on an idyllic imagery for unveil the new Fashion Graduate 2020 collections. Set in the spectacular location of Villa Arconati, declared a national monument today under the protection and enhancement of the Augusto Rancilio Foundation, the short film never fails to amaze the viewer, suspended in a serene and sometimes nostalgic atmosphere. Inside the rooms, natural labyrinths, the creations of young designers come to life by telling the moods of being, as a gateway to their interiority.
