Extremely disappointed with the lack of support and communication from BYD regarding the delivery of my pre-booked BYD Seal. I've been eagerly awaiting its arrival after already investing in two other BYD vehicles. Despite raising multiple complaints since April 10, there has been no resolution or even acknowledgment from your team. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and transparency. Please prioritize resolving this issue and delivering on your commitment to provide the first vehicle to Kerala.
