LANDIS GYR E470 369A ER

I have a question I have same meter see that number 1 at the end that isn't part of the main numbers that isn't the reading right ? It's just saying 1 kwh is the rate since there is a large space between the numbers. Because I gave them all the numbers by mistake and my bill went up by 700 quid. Am I correct in saying that?
