This audio begins at a lowly 2.5hz and slowly ascends to 38hz over the course of 30 mins, stopping at 10 and 22.5hz on the way.

Beta frequencies are commonly associated with more active states of consciousness, but there appears to be a variance of this when entraining from the low delta-range, as opposed to commencing abruptly with a higher frequency. The result of a gradual ascent is a state of mind that is peaceful and content; relaxed yet attentive.

In previous versions, users have reported positive experiences including:

An increased sense of well-being & euphoria
Relief from pain
Heightened awareness
Crazy meditation visuals
....and orgasms (several women have commented on this occurrence...whether this is due to the audio or an over-active imagination is up to you to decide)

What do you experience after listening to this audio in its entirety? Follow the instructions below and post your feedback!

INSTRUCTIONS: Sit or lie down comfortably and close your eyes. You may find it more comfortable to lie down on your bed or sofa. Relax your body and focus on the beat. For best results, use headphones.

Experiment to see which volume levels you find most comfortable.

I was addicted 6 yrs to opioids and I quit 2yrs ago. I happened on this accidentally looking for night time frequencies but I love it. I finally found organic happiness and took at least the first year to get to the point where I realized that I love feeling sober and clean. I’m still working on loving myself again.

To everyone who says they’re in withdrawal on here you should be so proud to be enduring this and once you get passed the hell of no sleep, the first night you do it’s so awesome. I went from 0 sleep restless legs for weeks and after two months I sleep like 9 hours. Life feels more boring and lethargic but slowly better. Once you aren’t in pain of withdrawal man it’s such a rewarding feeling. Feels like eternity but ends. Good luck to all. This does get the mojo going a bit

Omg I LOVE it!!! I find too many of these binaural beats videos put the emphasis on musical melody rather than a nice steady wave you can focus on. Thank you very much!

Here is yet another one that sounds like the spin cycle on my LG Wash Machine.  Within minutes of listening to this, I became drowsy & dosed off.  I awoke to find I was dreaming about folding laundry.

I just realized why the effects of this variance seem so potent. It simulates REM to a point. Think about it, Delta is the frequency of deep sleep and with the ascension of frequency to a near gamma in this video, it's a replication of waking up. The only difference is that you can be conscious with minimal effort. This is brilliant.

I have debilitating pain/neuropathy in my legs. I've listened to countless other tracks on here, but this video has by far helped me more so than any other. Thank you so very much.

This is one of the few videos that I listen to that helps with my pain. I have fibromyalgia plus very painful skeletal issues, and these opium/pain relief videos have replaced suffering from my pain. It is absolutely Amazing how well this works! And that it works BETTER than anything that I have taken for my pain.... It's a miracle.

I finally have relief from the chronic physical/emotional pain in my head I've had all day - this helped.

10/10 It got me waking up calmly this morning and eased up a turbulent flow of thoughts. To those who want compound effects and have adequate bandwidth allocation to permit it, I suggest accompanying this with some "pink noise" and the album "1979 - By DERU" -- reserved only to the far-out sound frequency adepts of course. Well good day to you all, and thank you to the producer for these lovely sounds and the work they've invested in creating them. - Namaste

I've only been an addict for a few months now. My mom currently caught me, and I'm on an extreme detox rn. No phone, no friends, no outside, no talking to others besides her and my family and obvi no drugs. I'm 3 days clean, and WD is such a bitch rn, I've been trying to distract myself with somethings, but I have almost no motivation. I've been craving opioids so much, to the point where I'm having extreme suicidal thoughts. I've been listening to these audios to help me, and this one is the best IMO. Doesn't give a euphoric dizziness per say, but it does give me this satisfying feeling in the middle of my torso, my head, and in my arms. It's very calming, and makes me feel a lot better. If you're struggling, I highly suggest using these audios. I wish you all good luck!

As someone who is currently in withdrawal, and has probably has little natural endorphins at this point and messed up receptors, as I have used opiates for 8 years straight(Oxycodone for two, then to Methadone for 6, then switched from that to Suboxone, and dropping it cold turkey 8 days ago), I can say this definitely increases endorphins, obviously not to the point of getting high(atleast not for me), though it happens within 5 minutes or so in, and only lasts 5 minutes after stopping.

The reason I came to this conclusion is that it gives the same vibration feeling, and pain relief(the aches and pains that come while the body is recovering natural endorphins again) in the body, that I get after doing a brisk walk for 30 minutes while in withdrawal. Brisk 30 minute walks increase endorphins, so you can really feel them as my body goes from unbelievably sore to feeling normal after the walk, with tingling in the legs(though only last about 15 minutes after). So the same applies to this. Though not as strong, but still good if I can't push myself to move.

Though it has left me feeling kind of spacey. Also, another observation, is that it works best for me if I am using ear buds that go right into the ear canal. Rather than headphones or the ear buds that don't go directly into the canal.

The binaurals seem a lot more potent when combined with monaurals or isochronics. They also provide a nice ambience

This is a literal life saver. For 6 months I been running out of my monthly methadone script 3-7 days early so I end up having to stretch 3 days of meds into 7 days. Today I'm on my last 12 hours before I get my script. Instead of having 770mgs in 7 days I have had 330mgs in 7 days.
